How To Guide

When setting up payments in Yardi, can you confirm if the following steps were completed

This will help us identify why the system is not working for you…

Under the AutoPay tab…

  • Can you verify Payment account, Stat Date, End Date, Pay on Day and Max Pay Amounts are all set correctly.
  • Then click the green ‘Next’ button…
  • Confirm the information displayed is correct and then select the box to show a checkmark under ‘I have read and accept the Terms and Conditions‘ and then click the green ‘setup auto-pay button’
  • Confirm you are receiving a popup message that confirms you have setup payment correctly.

Also verify the following;

  • If you’re using a Debit card as a method of payment there is likely a limit set by the bank which will not allow you to exceed, when making payments
  • Can you change your payment method to EFT which will then allow you to send the required amount.
  • If you’re using a credit card as a method of payment, check your expiry date and be mindful of your monthly balance when making payments.  It should also be noted you may be charged a processing fee when using a credit card.
