Sentrys' foundation is premised on Building Community through the creation of new homes for both business and residents. They take pride in helping create desirable spaces that are new and appealing. The founders and their team offer background in both the Mortgage Financing space and rent to own (enabling renters to become homeowners ), which enables them to have a thoughtful and planned strategy for helping create the best possible outcome for both our residents and partners

The team prides itself on years of experience prior to forming Sentry in the Mortgage space as well as placing tenants into ren to own programs whereby they successfully achieved homeownership for 80% plus of there residents..

Sentry continuously focusses on building spaces that complement what are existing residents wish to see. By asking our residents and surveying them we keep there request at the forefront of our decisions when we build new home for the community.
